Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories served by the U.S. Postal Service. We are not able to accept international orders at this time. If you are outside the U.S. and would like a copy, email hello@bjjpioneers.com and we will let you know when international ordering becomes available.

Shipping rates

Shipping within the United States is a flat $9.95 per order, regardless of order size or destination. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Pre-orders and delivery timing

Groundswell: The Rise of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in America is currently available as a pre-order. Payment is taken at the time you place your order, which reserves your copy from a limited allocation of 150 copies available through this store.

Books are expected to ship at the end of September 2026. This date reflects our current production and freight schedule with our printer and fulfillment partner. Printing and international freight timelines can shift. If the schedule changes materially we will email everyone who has pre-ordered with an updated date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before your order ships.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Domestic transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Order processing

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse partner's facility in the United States. Orders placed once the book is in stock are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If you notice a mistake before your order ships, email hello@bjjpioneers.com right away and we will update it.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household and neighbors and contact your local carrier first. If it still does not turn up, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it. If your book arrives damaged in transit, see our refund policy. We will replace it at no cost.
