This website is operated by Groundswell Media, a DBA of Agathos Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to Groundswell Media. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein, such as our privacy policy, shipping policy, and refund policy. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, please do not use this site or place an order.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Products and pricing

We sell Groundswell: The Rise of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in America, a limited-run illustrated book. Products available through this store may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

We have made every effort to display the colors, materials, and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device's display of any color will be accurate. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, though a change in price will never affect an order that has already been placed and paid for.

Pre-orders

The book is currently offered as a pre-order. Payment is taken at the time you place your order, and this reserves your copy from a limited allocation of 150 copies available through this store. The expected ship date is the end of September 2026. Production and freight schedules can shift; if the date changes materially we will notify you by email and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address and phone number provided at the time the order was made. Any order that we cancel will be refunded in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products, including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, cover and interior design, logos, and the title Groundswell: The Rise of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in America, is the property of Groundswell Media or its content contributors and is protected by United States and international copyright law. Photographs and other contributed works remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used with permission.

This store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
